Key Responsibilities, Authorities, and Accountabilities:

Negotiate terms, prices, and contracts with suppliers to achieve favorable outcomes, particularly for Ashghal project requirements.

Prepare and issue Request for Quotations (RFQs), Request for Proposals (RFPs), and tender documents, including those specific to Ashghal projects.
