Safeguarding & Documentation Requirements
DESS is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children. All successful candidates will be required to provide:
- A valid Police Clearance Certificate
- UK passport holders must submit an ICPC (International Child Protection Certificate)
- Certified and attested educational certificates and transcripts, notarised in the country of issue and stamped by:
- The Qatar Embassy in the country of origin
- The Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) in Qatar
- Copies of birth, marriage, or name change documents (if applicable)
The school can provide guidance and support throughout the documentation and attestation process.
Application Information
The closing date for applications is the 30th of November 2025
Interviews will take place in October/November 2025.
Candidates based in Qatar will be invited for an in-person interview and teaching observation.
International candidates will be interviewed via video call and will be required to submit a teaching video.
Early applications are strongly encouraged, as DESS reserves the right to close the position once a suitable shortlist has been formed.
