As a Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) in Cloud and AI Apps, you will:

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field AND experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies, software development, or IT consulting.
• OR equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Several years of experience in customer-facing technical roles, including architecture, consulting, or solution delivery.
• Proven experience with AI/ML technologies, especially deploying AI agents, LLMs, or holding technical cloud certifications (Azure, AWS, Google, security certifications).
• Strong development background in .NET, Python, Java, or JavaScript/Node.js, with cloud-native and microservices architecture experience.
• Deep understanding of enterprise IT environments, including security, compliance, and governance.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Certifications in Azure, AI, or DevOps are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic AI engagements, architect and deliver intelligent applications using Azure OpenAI, GitHub Copilot, and Azure Kubernetes Service.
• Engage with C-level executives, enterprise architects, and business leaders to align solutions with business goals.
• Drive app innovation through cloud-native design, modern development practices, DevOps, and platform engineering.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

Cloud & Infrastructure Administration

• Manage cloud services, including landing zones, subscriptions, management groups, and policies.

• Architect, implement, and support cloud solutions (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS).

• Configure and maintain cloud resources such as Virtual Machines, App Services, API Management, Logic Apps, Storage Accounts, and Security Services.

• Ensure best practices in backup configurations, patch management, and cloud security.

• Provide service improvements and cost optimization strategies.

• Assess cloud infrastructure challenges and propose solutions.

• Support cloud workload migrations and validate technical strategies.

• Implement and maintain Identity and Access Management (IAM), Conditional Access, MFA, and RBAC models.

On-Premises Administration

• Deploy, configure, and manage VMware vSphere ESXi clusters, vCenter Servers, and related technologies.

Operational Excellence

Office 365 Administration

Disaster Recovery & Risk Management

• Develop and implement disaster recovery plans and risk assessments.
