Key Responsibilities
:
Overall experience of about 10-12 years in architecting and developing AEM based Ecommerce / Digital solutions for highly scalable, highly available systems. Expert in Enterprise Content Management especially on Adobe product. Create cross platform architectures across Adobe Experience Cloud (Adobe Experience manager, Target and Analytics). Experience ion migrating ( Lift/Shift) and prem AEM sites to Adobe cloud service. Translate business requirements using methods/models to determine appropriate WCM solutions. Deep understanding of all Adobe Experience manager building blocks including templates, components, touch UI dialogs, content fragments, experience fragments ,CUGs etc. and Adobe Experience manager development Deep understanding of Sightly (HTL), Sling Models, Queries, OSGi services and components. Experience on Adobe Experience manager Sites deployment, Dispatcher Configuration, and SSO integrations.

Looking for Adobe AEM 6.5 and AEMaaCS Technical Lead with Architecture, Design and Development experience :-
7+ years of experience in web content management with 3+ years in Adobe AEM (CQ) both from business and Technical perspective.
Should be able to understand functional requirements, convert it to technical solution and architecture.
Experience with server setup and overall best AEM practices also needed.
Solid understanding of Java / J2EE, JSP in the context of Adobe CQ, Dispatcher, OSGi, Sling technologies.
Should be able to create custom components and should have worked on AEM as a cloud service
Have a good understanding of software engineering practices SDLC and Agile.
Applicants must have excellent communication and organization skills, object oriented development skills, documentation skills, self-motivation, project leadership expertise, and maintain outstanding professionalism and time management skills.
Desired Skills:
Strong Hands-On Adobe AEM 6.5 (CQ) with expertise in the design and development of AEM based web experiences.
Content personalization and Content targeting using Campaign Management.
Multi-lingual, multi-country experience.
Experience in designing AEM application architecture, Content tagging, taxonomy and content organization.
Extensible and hierarchical component and page design
Custom Widget Design and hands on experience
Page Template and Design Templates with multiple level of clientlibs. Experience with Sightly is plus.
Customization and enhancements on AEM
Worked on CI/CD pipeline setup and AEMaaCS environment setup
Solid understanding and experience in OSGI Services for various integration and implementation.
Integration with external applications.
Experience in J2EE, Webservices (SOAP or REST) and frameworks like Spring, Velocity, Ibatis, Hibernate and other data persistence technologies.
Front end web development in HTML, Javascript, AJAX, JQuery, Bootstrap and CSS. Experience is Angular JS is plus.
Adobe CQ5 (AEM), Java/J2EE, JSP, ExtJS, JCR, Apache Sling, Jquery, Angular JS,Css, XPath, JSON, REST API
Responsibilities:
Develop project technology strategy by understanding key client objectives; diagnosing and mapping client requirements; articulating solution risks and barriers; recommending project approaches; preparing time and cost estimates; planning full project life cycle
Lead and facilitate information gathering sessions to validate business cases, gather and document business and functional objectives
Implement Adobe AEM (CQ) architecture by building components and custom designs; prototyping; data migration; maintaining technical integrity and consistency; documenting system
Design and implement Templates, Components, libraries based on CRX, AEM and sling guidelines.
Manage customer relationship by communicating Adobe AEM (CQ) architecture standards and frameworks; answering questions; resolving concerns and issues
Proficiency in architecting and designing a solution using Adobe AEM (CQ) product suite and review the detailed designs
Establishing architectural and development standards around Adobe CQ and associated technologies viz. CRX, sling, JCR etc.
Ability to advise on implementation strategy, performance, tools, operations, release, deployment to the customers
Experience in integrating third-party systems with Adobe CQ as part of overall architecture is a plus
Experience in handling demos and POCs for potential new clients
Translates business requirements into technical details relevant to Adobe CQ. Resolve user-identified functional and technical issues relating to Adobe CQ
Provides onsite/offshore technical leadership on large, complex Adobe CQ projects. Leads a team of offshore engineers and responsible for on-time delivery of allocated Adobe CQ project/project modules.
- Verify/Validate/QA the teams work to ensure that the team generates high quality output.
