About the role
As the Compensation & Benefits Manager you will be responsible for effectively leading the development, implementation, and management of compensation and mobility programs across QR Group, driving global standards and principles while ensuring alignment with local competitiveness and company objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with line manager to formulate the Organization’s C&B strategy and annual C&B plan for their entity in line with business requirements to support the needs of the business and to ensure consistency in HR practices and high-performance standards.
- Develop and maintain a global mobility policy that supports business objectives while ensuring compliance with tax, immigration and labor laws across multiple regions.
- Develop, manage and implement C&B policies, processes and programs, in line with local law & regulations, and market competitiveness to achieve the Company's objectives across the QR network.
- Formulate, develop and advise on C&B and incentive plans to ensure that initiatives are developed and implemented in line with the organization's policies and guidelines while meeting local requirements and legislation.
- Manage the identification of C&B activities in line with budget requirements, HR requirements and business needs.
- Manage the global mobility program policy, including expatriate assignments, short-term assignments, and permanent transfers for employees.
- Act as a main point of contact for all global mobility-related queries, ensuring a smooth and consistent experience for both employees and the business.
- Monitor the effectiveness of the mobility programs, proposing adjustments or enhancements as needed to meet evolving business and employee needs.
- Ensures compensation programs are competitive by participating in compensation/salary surveys and benchmarking exercises, collecting, analyzing and maintaining results of research.
- Formulate and recommend guidelines for Senior Management with regard to annual salary reviews and review salary adjustment proposals, based on C&B policies and developments in relevant legislation, aimed at consistent and competitive reward structure in line with the organization, C&B guidelines.
- Monitor consistent implementation in line with the country C&B policies.
- Identify trends and changes in employment practices and legislation, in addition to formulating and developing key C&B policies.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to drive periodic pay reviews, sharing best practices, in line with C&B policies to improve C&B processes.
- Ensure the execution of internal and external benchmarks, including peer companies, consolidating and analyzing results to achieve justified tactical C&B decision-making.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- Proven influential and consultative approach, solution focus, and strong negotiation skills will be paramount.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of all aspects of international Compensation and legal issues.

Qualifications
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll need to demonstrate proficiency in the following areas:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent with Minimum 6 years of job-related experience.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- Proven influential and consultative approach, solution focus, and strong negotiation skills will be paramount.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as strong interpersonal skills
- Command of English Language.
- Well-developed lateral and analytical thinking skills.
- Advanced knowledge and understanding of all aspects of international Compensation and legal issues.
- Advise Senior Management on C&B issues and regional assignments, sometimes project-based, based on own expertise and in line with HR and business strategies.
- Provide specialist knowledge and expertise to managers on all aspects of C&B and Policies.
- Perform other department duties related to his / her position as directed by the Head of the Department.
Qatari Nationals:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role with minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
- Experience managing mobility assignments.
- Ability and experience to design compensation strategies.
Preferred :
- CCP or GRP certified.
- Familiarity with international payroll and tax.
