Legal Responsibilities

Bachelor’s Degree in law or other comparable discipline
Professional certification from relevant institutions preferred.
Experience
Five to Eight years relevant experience
Experience in drafting contracts, agreement and other documents
Experience in liaising with external lawyers and legal firms

Fluent in English
Fluent in Arabic
Advanced interpersonal skills

Approve contracts and related legal documents
Recommend improvements for legal procedures
Recommend suitability of other documents to CEO and department head.
