As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Satisfy the needs of clients while optimizing hotel revenue through strategic yield management and upselling of hotel facilities and services.
- Work closely with the hotel sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
- Collaborate with the Banqueting Operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Send all correspondence to clients regarding banquet events, such as proposals, confirmations, contracts, and amendments.
- Conduct site inspections, client entertainment, and familiarization visits.
- Establish and maintain files of major accounts and bookings, ensuring all are recorded in the accounts management system.
As a Sales Manager, we expect from you:
- Minimum 2 years of experience working in a 5-star hotel environment within Sales, with proven records of closing sales.
- Previous experience in Conference and Events and/or Sales in a managerial position. Local market experience is preferred.
- Strong network with local ministries and corporate accounts.
- Proficiency in computer applications and excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.

This role demands excellence in logistics, partner coordination, and the seamless delivery of all physical and technical elements in a fast-paced, high-performance environment. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage complex timelines, vendor relations, and collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure the flawless execution of global events.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English
