As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • Satisfy the needs of clients while optimizing hotel revenue through strategic yield management and upselling of hotel facilities and services.
  • Work closely with the hotel sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Collaborate with the Banqueting Operations team to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Send all correspondence to clients regarding banquet events, such as proposals, confirmations, contracts, and amendments.
  • Conduct site inspections, client entertainment, and familiarization visits.
  • Establish and maintain files of major accounts and bookings, ensuring all are recorded in the accounts management system.

As a Sales Manager, we expect from you:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience working in a 5-star hotel environment within Sales, with proven records of closing sales.
  • Previous experience in Conference and Events and/or Sales in a managerial position. Local market experience is preferred.
  • Strong network with local ministries and corporate accounts.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and excellent communication skills in English and Arabic.
