- Communicate with the Client’s representatives continuously regarding Project Progress and areas of concerns.
- Propose in-house Project Management procedures to comply with Contract requirements and Client’s procedures.

- Review weekly and monthly reports as presented by Design/Supervision Consultant(s) and Contractor and present to the Client comments of non-compliance, and/or areas of concern and corrective actions.

The hospital will have in excess of 1000 beds and will cover clinics, administration facilities and a multi-storey car park. With a value of $1bn this is one of the most ambitious hospital projects in the region and will bring first class healthcare facilities to Qatar.
