Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in engineering with at least 15 years of relevant experience, including 5 years in decommissioning.
  • Experience in oil and gas construction and decommissioning engineering across project lifecycle, especially Pre-FEED and FEED stages.
  • Offshore experience is essential.
  • Effective communication skills across different levels and cultures.
  • Strong presentation and report writing skills.
  • Proven leadership, team development, and motivation abilities in challenging environments.
  • Decision-making capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of relevant legislation, codes, standards, and contractor management.
