Your main duties will be to:-
Activities in several technical disciplines: Earthworks, civil engineering, building, piping, structure, electrical, instrumentation, scaffolding, cleaning,. - Focal point for FO/PJC/RFM in charge of all work packages and disciplines under his perimeter, - Ability to work under SIMOPS work conditions with respect of TE reference. - Follow up and ensure the selected Contractor’s to carry out works in their premises in prefabrication and under construction on the Sites - Ensure the operational management of the Works Contract, logistics, setting up the site, interface with the Operator. - Prepare, plan and coordinate operations in several disciplines in line with site manager and RFM manager. - Ensure the Construction Engineering on behalf of the Client, check that carried out by the Contractor, with the constant concern for compliance with the Project Budget and Schedule. - Ensure the proper execution of the works in compliance with safety and environmental protection procedures, technical specifications, budgets, and schedules, - Optimize and follow up the work schedules, to do this check the good organization of the logistics and the Contractor's site, - Ensure good coordination / interface between the Site (the Contractor and the Operator) and the Construction Manager, the various entities involved in the project (the Inspection, Maintenance, Production, Drilling and wells, Logistics departments, the Commissioning team, the organizations officials for the events, etc.), - Check the procedures and task sheets of the Companies, participate, or control the risk analyses, help in the preparation / check the work permits, - Check the technical information provided by the Contractor and its consistency, - Anticipate supplies for the smooth running of the site. Profile Ideally you will have graduated with Bachelor’s degree in engineering or construction field with a minimum experience of10-15 years of experience in the oil industry, with significant experience in Construction.
Previous experience under SIMOPS works will be considered as a plus. Team player with ability to work collaboratively across complex project teams and interface between interdisciplinary departments and within an international team.
You are Fluent in English, Arabic is a plus
You will have good interpersonal and organizational skills, as well as, a good level of computer literacy and be proficient in Microsoft Office.

- Manage all technical Interfaces between EPC’s ensure comprehensive, multi-functional review of all requests and meets Project objectives, requirements, and schedule.
- Assess information on overall Interface Agreements (IA) process performance and implement improvements ensuring that the process is fit for purpose, accepted by the EPC Contractor, is appropriate, well established and maintained. Manage guidelines and procedures necessary to support and control the Interface Agreements (IA’s) process within NFS Onshore Project organisation.
- Plan and organize the interface works and activities based on identified interfaces and priorities.
- Provides clear, accurate, timely, and consistent two-way communication with other organizations (internal & external) with respect to the exchange and alignment of interfaces related information and documentation.
- Coordinates inputs from NFS EPC Contractor, Engineering, and construction teams to receive timely approvals of technical work packs submitted to RLIC.
- Provide leadership and accountability for the Onshore Project with EPC’s (EPC-1, EPC 2, EPC 3 and EPC 4 Contractors, and other Company Project Teams and Company Groups.
- Promote clear, accurate, timely, and consistent communication with internal organizations with respect to transferring interface information and documentation.
- Review, coordinate comments to support approval of the EPC Interface Management Plan, in accordance with the Section 4 of the Exhibit 5.
- Attend Interface Weekly and Monthly meetings; attend to the Project Monthly Meeting with EPC Contractor. Ensure minutes of meetings are issued and steward close out of action including update of the Interfaces Registers and Databases.
- Timely Identify and report area of concerns or unresolved interfaces issues to the Project & Interface Manager, Area Division Manager(s), and other EPC’s Division Project Managers.
- Responsible for generating weekly and monthly Interface reports. Provides input to weekly management reports.
**What you need to bring**
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering with proven project management and execution experience including brownfield execution.
- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in the oil and gas industry preferably in LNG industry with a min of 5 years in a management position.
- Proven experience as Discipline Engineer & Interface Engineer.
- Experience with government agencies, as Company or EPC Contractor.
- Excellent oral and written English skills. Able to write technical reports in English.
- Previous work experience with Company Operations and / or QE is an advantage.
- Previous work experience in Ras Laffan Industrial City (RLIC) is an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership skills.
