Job Description
1. Project Management: Overseeing fit-out and event projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
2. Site Safety: Ensuring that all safety regulations and protocols are followed to maintain a safe working environment for employees and contractors.
3. Quality Control: Monitoring the quality of workmanship and materials used in the fit-out and event setup to meet the company’s standards and client expectations.
4. Team Management: Supervising and coordinating the work of on-site teams, including carpenters, electricians, decorators, and other subcontractors.
5. Client Communication: Serving as a point of contact between the client and the company, addressing client concerns, providing updates, and managing expectations.
6. Problem Solving: Handling unexpected issues that may arise during the fit-out or event setup and finding solutions to keep the project on track.
7. Documentation: Maintaining accurate records, including progress reports, site logs, and any change orders, to track project developments and ensure transparency.
8. Budget Management: Monitoring project expenses and ensuring they align with the approved budget.
9. Schedule Adherence: Keeping the project on schedule by coordinating tasks and making adjustments as necessary.
10. Site Inspections: Conducting regular site inspections to verify that work is progressing as planned and meeting quality standards.
11. Compliance: Ensuring all work adheres to relevant building codes, permits, and regulations.
12. Reporting: Reporting to higher management or project managers on project status, challenges, and milestones achieved.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Doha: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Requirements**:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 to 6 years experience as a Site Engineer with related work experience.
- Must have good knowledge & experience in Building Management System.
- Good communication skills in English
- Must have good computer knowledge with AutoCAD experience.
- Should have Transferable Residence Permit
