- Craft end-to-end test strategies, plans, and detailed cases that cover functional, non-functional and edge-case scenarios.
- Execute and document manual functional, regression, exploratory, usability, and data-validation tests across web, mobile, and API layers.
- cLog clear, reproducible defects, lead daily triage, and verify fixes through targeted regression cycles.
- Track and report key QA metrics—pass rates, defect leakage, automation coverage, performance baselines—to stakeholders every sprint.
- Run baseline performance, load, and security tests (JMeter / k6, OWASP ZAP) and ensure adherence to data-privacy and compliance standards.
- Create and manage test data, mocks, and stubs to enable shift-left testing and independent pipeline execution.
- Collaborate closely with product, development, DevOps, and UX teams in agile ceremonies to guarantee timely, defect-free releases.
- Build and maintain scalable UI and API automation suites (e.g., Selenium / Cypress / Playwright plus REST-Assured / Postman) fully integrated with CI/CD pipelines.
- Mentor and upskill team and developers on testing best practices, code reviews, and automation techniques.
- Continuously evaluate and introduce new tools, workflows, and process improvements to boost test efficiency, reliability, and coverage.
