MBA Path to Consulting seeks to empower GCC nationals, underrepresented in the consulting profession, to gain early exposure to Bain Middle East. We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds who have been accepted into a full-time MBA program for the upcoming fall.
Hosted by Bain Middle East, the program takes place in Riyadh, offering insights into all three regional offices, including Doha and Dubai.
Applicants must be accepted into a full-time MBA program, starting in 2025. When applying, indicate the MBA program you are most likely to join in the fall. If successfully admitted to our program, you will also have to submit a proof of MBA acceptance ahead of the interviews, should you be invited.
In the application, you can choose up to three Bain offices that interest you the most. You will need to allocate 100 percentage points across these offices to reflect your level of interest in each one.
The program is based in Riyadh but welcomes candidates interested in any of Bain's three Middle East offices.
MBA Path to Consulting applications are not rolling. The selection process begins after the application deadline. Applicants can expect outcome notifications by beginning of May, with virtual interviews scheduled for mid-May.
If you applied but were not selected, you are still eligible to apply for the full-time Consultant role. The recruiting processes are separate.

ExperienceBain is a global program open to individuals who have been accepted into an MBA program at an eligible school. Registration opens in March, with programming starting in June.

Designed to shape ‘your future’ ('Mustaqbalak' in Arabic), MBA Path to Consulting provides early access to peers, consultants, and mentors from all three Bain Middle East offices. You will attend training sessions on the Bain toolkit, learn case-solving strategies, and participate in a real-world case study simulation to gain insight into the consultant role.
