Contribute to business development efforts by identifying new opportunities and participating in proposal development. To qualify for the role Bachelor’s degree in petroleum engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. A minimum of 12 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with at least 3 years of experience in Management Consulting. Proven expertise in operational performance improvement and digital transformation initiatives. Strong knowledge of current digital technology trends, including AI, IoT, and Digital Twins. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.
