We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Consumer Electronics Sales Executive to join our growing team in Qatar's competitive technology retail market. The ideal candidate will combine a genuine passion for cutting-edge technology with exceptional customer service and a proven track record in electronics sales. This role requires effective communication of complex technical specifications to diverse customers, building lasting relationships that drive repeat business and referrals.
Responsibilities- Product Sales & Customer Consultation: Sell consumer electronics and provide expert advice to help customers choose products based on their needs and budget.
- Product Knowledge & Market Awareness: Keep updated on product features, promotions, and emerging technology trends across categories.
- Showroom Management & Customer Experience: Maintain attractive displays, ensure cleanliness, and create an engaging shopping environment.
- Relationship Building & Operations Coordination: Follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction, build relationships, and coordinate with inventory and service teams.
- Sales Experience & Expertise: Minimum 2 years in consumer electronics or tech sales with success in target-driven environments.
- Communication & Product Knowledge: Strong communication skills, product expertise, and customer handling abilities.
- Documentation & Mobility: Valid Qatar ID and Qatar driving license for customer visits and travel.
- Professional Adaptability: Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure sales environments while maintaining professionalism.
- Valid work permit for Belgium.
- Technical Certifications: Certifications from major electronics brands or sales training qualifications.
- Language Skills: Multilingual abilities (Arabic, Hindi) for diverse customer engagement.
- Digital Proficiency: Experience with POS, CRM, and troubleshooting electronic devices.
- Strong analytical skills.
