Qualifications About you

To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in media, Marketing, Communications, or a related field; Minimum 5 years of relevant field experience.
  • Ability to work in stressful situations, where nonstandard working hours may be required. You will need to juggle multiple activities and manage multiple projects at the same time.
  • Strong, hands-on and skilled project manager with project management, problem solving and creative skills to deliver end-to-end projects with all strategic pillars in consideration.
  • A strategic digital storyteller with strong presentation and communication skills, able to craft compelling narratives across platforms.
  • Proven ability to manage diverse stakeholders including sports partners, creative agencies, internal teams, and third-party suppliers.
  • Expertise in social media content creation, platform management, and campaign analytics.
  • Demonstrated experience in on-ground activations, influencer management, and creative production.
  • Excellent problem-solving and detail orientation, with the ability to handle multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media trends, sponsorship activations, and digital best practices.
