In this role, you’ll bring our everyday communications to life – from weekly Member updates to venue launches – while supporting UX writing across our platforms. Your words will help shape how the Privilee brand shows, creating space for the senior team to focus on strategy, storytelling, and innovation.

• Write clear, compelling copy for BAU content (emails, push notifications, app updates, etc.)

• 2-4 years of writing experience, ideally in digital, lifestyle, wellness, or hospitality
• High school diploma
• A strong portfolio that demonstrates range, clarity, and an understanding of tone
• Native English - your writing is clear, engaging, and 100% typo-free
• A feel for tone and the ability to flex your style based on the channel or audience
• An understanding of the basics of UX writing and how words guide digital experiences
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field preferred
• Comfortable conducting independent research, both online and on the ground

Role Overview
We are looking for a highly creative and innovativeSocial Media Content Creator / Script Writer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will craft engaging, trend-driven content tailored to our radio programs, enhancing audience experiences with fresh ideas and captivating scripts. Staying ahead of the latest trends, you will play a vital role in shaping our programming.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop original, creative, and engaging content for radio shows, segments, and promotions.
• Research and incorporate trending topics, events, and listener preferences.
• Brainstorm innovative ideas to captivate diverse audiences.
• Write scripts for advertisements, and special features.
• Ensure all scripts align with the station's tone and target audience.
• Adapt content for various formats, including interviews, talk shows, and entertainment segments.
• Monitor trends in social media, pop culture, news, and entertainment for relevant programming ideas.
• Collaborate with the team to integrate fresh and engaging ideas into daily shows.
• Create content and scripts fluently in both English and Malayalam.
• Tailor language style and tone to suit diverse audiences and regional sensibilities.
• Work closely with radio presenters, producers, and the creative team to ensure high-quality content.
• Coordinate with marketing and social media teams to align radio content with broader campaigns.
• Edit and proofread scripts for clarity, grammar, and flow.
• Ensure all content adheres to broadcasting standards and guidelines.

Qualifications & Skills

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in content creation and scriptwriting, preferably for radio.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling skills with a strong creative flair.
• Comprehensive understanding of radio programming and audience engagement strategies.
• Proficiency in writing and adapting content seamlessly in English and Malayalam.
