We define a reliable and secure set of device recovery mechanisms that enable device manufacturers to simplify and standardise the field operations for fleets of heterogeneous appliances.
As an engineering manager, you'll lead a team of strong software developers to design and implement Ubuntu Core system software on various CPU architectures, such as ARM, RISC-V, and X86. You will meet stakeholders, prioritize requests, plan the roadmap and ensure the team can deliver their goals. You will have the opportunity to influence the culture, facilitate technical delivery, and work with your team on strategy and execution.

- Work from home with global travel twice a year for 2 weeks at a time, for company events

This role involves managing and coordinating the delivery of Core Banking initiatives by ensuring seamless collaboration between business teams, IT, and other stakeholders. The position requires overseeing project plans, timelines, and dependencies while aligning technical teams and business requirements. Experience & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar Project Management role
- PMP certificate is a strong advantage or similar project certificate
- Previous experience working on Core Banking projects or similar large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives
- Solid understanding of both Agile and Waterfall project delivery methodologies
- Strong skills in stakeholder management, coordination, and conflict resolution
- Proven ability to manage project documentation, plans, and governance processes
- Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines in complex project environments
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

- Responsible for 24X7 monitoring of Core Switching network. Duty timing will be on shift basis, with three 8 hours shift per day. Subject to changes when required.
- Ensure that trouble ticket (TT) raised as per the agreed SLAs. Perform basic trouble shooting as per the defined process and escalate to L2 for next level of troubleshooting.
