This role is central to the groups ambition to expand its portfolio of residential, commercial, and mixed-use assets, including a newly approved waterfront lifestyle development and two joint ventures with regional hospitality brands.

Role Purpose

To lead end-to-end planning, feasibility, and delivery oversight of real estate development projects, ensuring that every asset meets its commercial objectives, regulatory obligations, and long-term positioning goals.

Key Responsibilities
