We are seeking a Public Relations Expert for our DB Engineering & Consulting GmbH, Qatar Branch. The role involves liaising with representatives from MOT, Mowasalat, Qatar Railways Company, Ministry of Municipality, Ashghal, Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Industry and Commerce, General Authority of Customs, and other stakeholders to gather input on transport activities, issues, services, operations, and proposals affecting the QBC project. The candidate must also be able to translate and type correspondence and reports between English and Arabic.

Responsibilities:
- Liaise with government and private stakeholders to gather input on transport-related issues impacting the QBC project and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.

Qualifications:

- Experience in engineering, financial, economic, social, and environmental feasibility studies for railway, road, and causeway projects.
- Typing speed of 30-40 WPM in both Arabic and English.
- GCC experience is required.
