We are looking for a detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced finance professional with a strong background in Audit with Top firms and proven administrative skills to take charge of financial systems. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements in compliance with IFRS.

  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting standards.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial reporting, internal controls, and audit procedures
  • Proven experience in auditing, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Strong command of accounting software and tools (QuickBooks, Zoho, Excel, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with ERP/financial systems implementation.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Strong ethical standards with ability to withstand pressure to manipulate figures.

The primary responsibilities of the Financial Controller:

Managerial Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Financial Controller to manage and oversee the financial operations of the hospitality division within our holding group. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in managing hotels & restaurants financials within the Gulf region.

Key Responsibilities: Financial Management & Reporting

  • Oversee the full spectrum of financial operations across the hospitality division (hotels, restaurants).
  • Prepare, review, and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
  • Ensure timely consolidation and submission of management reports for the group's hospitality entities.
  • Implement and maintain financial controls, accounting policies, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all hospitality units.
  • Coordinate and manage the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis process for all properties.
  • Supervise cash flow management, fund allocation, and working capital optimization.

  • Support senior management with financial insights and recommendations to improve operational performance.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's or CPA/CA/ACCA preferred).
  • Minimum 7–8 years of experience as a Financial Controller or within the hospitality industry.
  • Proven experience working in the Gulf region (GCC) is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of hospitality accounting systems (e.g., Oracle, Sun Systems, Opera PMS, Micros, or similar).
  • In-depth understanding of hotel operations, cost control, F&B financial management, and asset management.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple properties simultaneously.
  • Must be locally available for immediate or short-term joining.
