Have a strong understanding of all activities and scope under departments managed. Ensure to process all pending invoice and do not keep overdue invoices. Responsible for validation of PR / PO Raised by business verified against budget creation. Assist the Senior Business Analyst to maintain up-to-date analytical structures in line with agreed Cost Control principles. Promote a good P2P practice throughout the organization promoting no invoices received without PO and all approval of invoices in compliance with DOA. Comply with provisions of contracts, JVA and Delegation of Authority in the departments managed.
