Job Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Customer Relationship Officer to join our team. This role is central to ensuring smooth communication with clients and supporting the farm's operations. The ideal candidate will be skilled in handling inquiries, preparing proposals, and maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle all customer inquiries across multiple channels (calls, WhatsApp, emails, social media messages).
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and invoices with clients.
- Follow up with clients to ensure excellent service and satisfaction.
- Maintain customer databases and records accurately.
- Support in event coordination and booking management.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of farm activities and events.
- Assist management with reports, documentation, and administrative tasks.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
- Prior experience in customer service, sales, or administrative roles preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prepare professional documents (proposals, quotations, invoices).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask efficiently.
- Positive attitude, with a customer-first mindset.
- Flexible and able to work in a dynamic environment.

Job Description
- Update, validate, and maintain accurate client records in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, maintaining strong professional relationships.
- Regularly visit clients to strengthen relationships, understand their needs, and provide ongoing support.
- Ensure timely communication with clients regarding services, renewals, and feedback.
- Generate CRM reports and insights to support management in business decisions.
- Work closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Gather client feedback during visits and share insights to enhance services and client retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in CRM, client relationship management, or customer service.
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems (Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot, or equivalent).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Hindi & English (preferred).
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM reporting tools.
- Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Qatar for client visits.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: Up to QAR4,500.00 per month
