Aura Group Qatar is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Loyalty and CRM Manager to join our team in the Food & Beverage sector. If you're passionate about customer engagement, data-driven marketing, and loyalty strategy—and ready to make an impact from August 2025 —we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with marketing managers to design and execute monthly loyalty campaigns via our app.
- Coordinate content creation with agencies and internal teams.
- Upload and manage content on the loyalty platform.
- Collect and analyze customer data to identify behavioral trends.
- Evaluate campaign performance and recommend improvements.
- Deliver weekly performance reports and insights.
- Manage loyalty program budgets effectively.
- Develop and implement CRM initiatives to enhance customer retention.
- Analyze customer data to uncover actionable insights.
- Recommend strategies for impactful marketing campaigns.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and seamless integration across platforms.
- Enforce data collection protocols across operational teams.
- Maintain compliance with data protection laws and regulations.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in CRM and Loyalty Management , ideally within the Food & Beverage industry.
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms and loyalty apps.
- Ability to start by the first week of August 2025 .
