Sales & Client Support :

Act as a technical liaison for the sales team, providing expert product knowledge and technical consultation to potential clients.

Identify up-selling and cross-selling opportunities within existing client accounts based on their technical needs and future growth plans.

Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for prospective customers, effectively communicating the value proposition of our data center services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor on their infrastructure needs.

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute strategies for new business acquisition.

Assist in creating proposals and technical documentation for client solutions.

Provide post-sales technical support, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful implementation of services.

Requirements : Experience :

Associate's degree in a technical field (e.g., Information Technology, Computer Science) or equivalent work experience. A bachelor's degree is preferred.

Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Data Center Technician, Field Engineer, or similar role.

Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the technology industry.

Experience with hardware from major vendors (e.g., Dell, HP, Cisco, Juniper, etc.).

Relevant Skills :

Strong knowledge of data center best practices, including cabling standards (e.g., fiber, copper), racking, and power distribution.

Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting server hardware, networking equipment, and related components.

Familiarity with network topologies, protocols (e.g., TCP / IP), and concepts (e.g., VLANs, routing).

Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.

Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Server+, or Cisco CCNA are highly desirable.

A passion for technology and a desire to stay current with industry trends.

The Senior Systems Engineer will be responsible for the strategic on-going planning, design, and enhancement of compute, storage and other infrastructure solutions in hybrid environment (on-prem data center as well as on cloud such as Azure and Google). The focus will be on providing robust, highly available & responsive, secure, and scalable server environment while minimizing Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and maximizing Return on Investment (ROI) by deploying state of the art technologies, best practices, policies, processes, and procedures. As a subject matter expert, provide technical consultancy to ICT management and staff while providing 2nd & 3rd level support for engineers and technicians during and after office hours

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
• Certification from leading cloud service providers such as Microsoft and Google.

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in a directly related field, including at least 5 years of technical experience in Microsoft Windows Servers, VMWare Cloud foundation and Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS.
• Strong experience with cloud-native architectures and cloud adoption best practices
• Strong architectural skills and expertise within the data center infrastructure environment including capacity planning, performance analysis, and systems management integration
• Ability to understand business requirements and then propose IT solutions to meet business objectives
• Experience in containerization platforms such as Kubernetes, Docker, and RedHat OpenShift (RHOS).
• Working knowledge of cloud networking, security and automation tools using PowerShell, Python, Terraform, Ansible, etc.
• Troubleshooting skills with Active Directory Infrastructure, Azure AD, Group Policies, PowerShell, Windows Server Operating Systems.
• Desirable experience in Microsoft Systems Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• Desirable knowledge of industry security practices around file system, identity management, server hardening and vulnerabilities
• Familiar with networking technologies and security protocols.
• Knowledge of security and control frameworks, familiar with Project Management and Change Management processes
• Strong collaboration & communication skills to clearly convey ideas, instructions, and feedback to several team members.
• Experience on Google cloud will be an added advantage
