Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing maintenance and repairs including servers, networking and storage devices, such as replacing hard drives, replace RAM, swap CPUs, motherboards, etc.
- Lead troubleshooting and resolve critical or escalated technical issues over a significant population of affected hardware equipment.
- Contribute and lead efforts/projects in the deployment, maintenance, and support of current and new data center servers and network infrastructure.
- Perform active infrastructure upgrades and decommission end of life equipment as required.
- Follow the site's environmental health and safety policies.
