Job Summary:

This position will provide experienced, key technical support for the helping Business teams with master data strategy definition, architecting the requirement, data modelling, project implementation, configuration, development, maintenance, and guidance on Best Practices for MDG solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Program Delivery & Execution

• Manage workflows for metadata approval, issue resolution, and escalation

The Senior Data Governance Expert is one of the main roles within the Data Excellence Centre of CBQ. As a part of that team, the Senior Data Governance Expert’s main focus will be on designing Data Governance policies, standards, and best practices and ensuring they’re enforced within the assigned data domain. The Senior Data Governance Expert will also be responsible for implementing a Data Quality framework across different domains within the bank.

• Develop and drive adoption of Data Governance policies and standards;
