Job Summary:
This position will provide experienced, key technical support for the helping Business teams with master data strategy definition, architecting the requirement, data modelling, project implementation, configuration, development, maintenance, and guidance on Best Practices for MDG solutions.
Other duties will include: Support and assistance for the S/4 HANA, SAP CAR, Ariba,third party tools (Retalix/PHQ, Portals) master data requirements while working closely with the functional business leads, Business Technology, IT applications, operations and support teams supporting SAP.
Responsibilities:
• Communicate with business partners and Business technology teams to understand the specific Enterprise master data needs and be able to translate those requirements into a comprehensive solution.
• Lead and facilitate the MDG requirements gathering workshops across multiple domains.
• Lead and provide guidance to other team members to ensure overall successful delivery of client specific solution implementations for Master Data Governance.
• Engage in the preparation, conception, realization and go-live of implementation projects. Perform feasibility studies and process design reviews, conduct project assessments, support pre-sales activities and define detailed specifications for development requirements.
• Assist clients in designing data management strategies for their SAP on-premise and cloud environments.
• Participate data quality analysis and reporting
• Coordinate between various teams - across geographies, onsite, offshore, customer, SIs, partners.
What you bring:
• 7+ years of Master Data Governance (SAP MDG or other MDG tools ) with at least 3 full cycle MDG implementations.
• Implementation experience of MDG in key domains such as Finance( GL,Profit center,cost center), Material, Business Partners, Customer, Supplier.
• Implementation experience of MDG-RFM, MDG-EAM are good to have.
• Experience in SAP MDG/other MDG tools mass processing, consolidation, data quality management, and central governance
• Implementation experience of integrating MDG with other solutions such as SAP Ariba.
• Implementation experience in hybrid landscapes
• Knowledge of MDG cloud edition, MDG cloud-ready mode, Master Data Integration, One Domain Model
• Experience in conducting design thinking workshops
• Retail implementation experience (Nice to have)
Qualifications :
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Minimum of 7+ years of hands-on experience in Master data Governance.
- MDG Certification is nice to have.
- Certifications such as PMP, TOGAF, ITIL are nice to have.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
