Location: Doha Qatar
Qualifications & Experience Required
- Bachelor's degree in engineering.
- Minimum 8 years diversified oil and gas operations experience, out of which 5 years spent for clad pipes & bends manufacturing.
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of CRA pipes and bends design, manufacturing and testing.
- A high level of proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Proficiency in MS Office & understanding of manufacturing scheduling software's.
- Excellent Planning, Execution & Tracking Skills
- Excellent communication / written skills and ability to work with different disciplines and people from a variety of cultural backgrounds.
- High awareness of safe working practices associated with CRA pipes design, manufacturing and testing.
Activities:
- Understanding & familiarity of the Project scope and the technical, quality & safety requirements including the applicable regulations, the Project specific Design Basis and philosophies.
- Ensures full implementation of Project requirements and control deliverables in terms of engineering, quality, schedule & HSE related to the CRA pipes and bends.
- Collaborate across disciplines (including Engineering, Installation, pre commissioning, commissioning, Quality, HSE Procurement and Planning, etc) to discuss & resolve technical and contractual issues.
- Drives to obtain all necessary input required for the timely and complete progress of all activities from design, manufacturing, testing, deliveries, pre-commissioning & commissioning. Manage the plate mills, bends suppliers and Pipe Mills to ensure that all procedures are available, approved and implemented across the manufacturing and testing activities.
- Manage kick-off meetings & pre-Inspection meetings - ensuring they are completed as required & to start manufacturing activities.
- Full understanding of the challenges associated to the CRA pipes and bends manufacturing scope including design, plate manufacturing, induction bending, qualification, welding, testing, inspections, handling, preservation.
- Track Supplier manufacturing schedule & shall be familiar with the pre-requisite & durations of the specific and critical activities. Identify any risks & provide preventive or mitigation actions to ensure contractual deliveries and technical requirements are met.
- Close follow up of the interfaces between Company, EPC Contractor and CRA pipes Suppliers. Any risk of delay and/or non conformance shall be immediately reported to the Head of Pipeline/Cable Delivery and mitigations measures shall be proposed.

Pipeline Delivery Lead – Major LNG Offshore Project
We are seeking an experiencedPipeline Delivery Lead to oversee the manufacturing, testing, and delivery of CRA clad pipes and bends for one of the world’s largest LNG offshore developments.
This is a unique opportunity to join a long-term, high-value project with a global energy operator, working closely with EPC contractors, world-class mills, and specialist suppliers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the delivery of CRA clad pipe and bend packages from design through to on-time delivery for offshore installation.
- Manage relationships with mills, induction bending facilities, and coating yards, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and project requirements.
- Track and report supplier manufacturing schedules, identifying risks and implementing mitigation measures.
- Coordinate with multi-discipline teams, EPC contractors, and third-party inspectors to resolve technical, contractual, and quality issues.
- Oversee inspections, qualification tests, handling, and preservation activities to the highest HSE and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in oil & gas, with at least 5 years in CRA clad pipe and bend manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of CRA pipeline design, manufacturing, welding, and testing processes.
- Proven track record of supplier management, schedule tracking, and risk mitigation on major offshore or LNG projects.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
