POSITION OBJECTIVE - The position is responsible for representing the brand by maximizing and contributing to sales within the store through exceptional customer service and retail experience. It also involves performing various operational duties such as store maintenance and visual presentation standards as assigned by the store manager or assistant store manager.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service :
- Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right product.
- Convert window shoppers into buyers.
- Promote the Club Apparel Loyalty Program for repeat sales.
- Serve customers following the company's selling guidelines (GUEST - Greet, Understand, Explain, Sell, Thank).
- Stay updated about the various brands of the group for suggestive selling, grooming, attitude, and knowledge.
- Maintain a presentable and well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Be flexible to work extended hours during sale periods.
- Possess up-to-date product knowledge and ensure minimal stock loss.
- Ensure all stock is laid out and displayed attractively and according to standard layout norms.
- Follow Visual Merchandising (VM) guidelines and maintain stock norms, especially during clearance.
- Record inventory inward and outward movements and maintain relevant reports.
- Handle the POS (Point of Sale) and billing efficiently.
- Tally cash in the till at shift start and end.
- Issue receipts, process refunds and change accurately.
- Process payments via cash, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits.
- Maintain vigilance and adhere to security protocols in the store.
- Be flexible to work varied shifts and overtime as required.
- Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Loss Prevention policies.
- Maintain confidentiality of sales figures and other sensitive information.

- Cooperate with team members to achieve overall store goals and enhance the customer experience to build long term customer relations.
- Ensure meeting the set business plan targets on monthly bases through monitoring his sales performance versus the target revenues and identifying areas of unsatisfactory performance to rectify.
