- Investigate and analyze business operational requirements, identify problems and innovation opportunities.
- Capture and document business requirement in conjunction with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in the analysis of stakeholder objectives and business priorities
- Support business units in preparation of business cases for innovation, automation, IT solution procurement processes. Work along-side QRIT Account Management team to deliver IT solutions that meet the business needs.
- Analyze and document the business requirements, system interface specifications and non-functional requirements, strictly following company guidelines and templates.
- Ensure timely reviews and sign-off of the documentation.
- Conduct domain and requirements training sessions for stakeholders.
- Discovers and analyses requirements for fitness for purpose as well as adherence to business objectives and consistency, challenging positively as appropriate.
- Manage interactions with external/internal teams for designing and documenting the system interfaces.
- Identify and document test scenarios, test data and test case.
- Contributes to selection of the most appropriate means of representing business requirements in the content of a specific change initiative, ensuring traceability back to source.
- Analyze and document business process models (as is and to be) using techniques such as UML modelling and tools.
- Conduct innovations and system testing and manage the defect lifecycle, work with the development team to ensure timely closure of the defects.
- Conduct system integration tests and sign-off by concerned stakeholders.
- Support user acceptance testing and timely sign-off
- Support business users in the review of production data and configuration set-up (system parameters, access privileges, seed data set-up etc)
- Assist business areas in identifying potential IT opportunities exploiting use of new technologies
- Prepare change requests and conduct regression tests to ensure that fixes do not break existing functionality.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the Department

**Duties & Responsibilities**:
- Managing the coordination, development, and documentation of all proposed program changes, including facilitating stakeholder input and validations, developing Preliminary and Comprehensive Program Proposals, and determining the impact of Curriculum Change Requests.
- Conducting research on external accreditation bodies and their standards, providing support to Schools on interpretation of those standards, managing program accreditation processes including communication with accrediting bodies, managing the completion of accreditation self-studies, and coordinating accreditation site visits.
- Managing the collection and documentation of the University’s Learning Outcomes Assessment program.
- Participating in a variety of Curriculum Committees at the Program and School level and preparing progress reports for senior stakeholders.
**Qualifications**:
**Education and Certifications**:
Master’s degree in Education is required. A focus on Post-secondary Education or TVET is preferred.
**Experience**:
Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in a post-secondary educational institution of which two (2) must be in program development and/or accreditation. Minimum of two (2) years experience in technical writing is preferred. Relevant teaching and/or education certifications is preferred.
**Language**:
Fluency in written and spoken English language. Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills. IELTS score of 8.5 and above.
**Other Required Skills**:
Self-motivated team player with a high standard of professional integrity. Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, decision-making, time-management, and communications skills. Well-developed computer skills (MSWord, MSExcel, PowerPoint, Visio). Fine attention to detail is essential. Commitment to building positive and effective working relationships across all levels of the University is necessary. Commitment to ongoing training and continuous professional development is required. Experience with leading accreditation and/or curriculum development activities is desirable.
