Job Description:
We are seeking a experienced Direct Sales & Marketing Officer to join our team in Doha. The ideal candidates will be responsible for driving corporate and catering sales, managing client relationships, handling order-taking for B2B and bulk catering services, and overseeing online sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and acquire new corporate and catering clients
- Manage and grow online sales platforms, ensuring seamless order processing and customer experience
- Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service
- Visit and meet offices and individual clients, offer product samples, and convert leads into confirmed orders
- Handle incoming catering sales inquiries and convert them into confirmed orders
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth delivery of orders
- Meet monthly sales targets and provide regular performance reports
- Attend events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities to promote brand visibility
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in direct sales and marketing, preferably in the F&B, catering, or hospitality sectors
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing client portfolios
- Knowledge of managing online sales platforms is necessary
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Qatar driving license is compulsory
- Preference will be given to Qatari nationals or Arabic-speaking candidates
- Arabic language skills are a plus
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
