Sales Analysis and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and track sales KPI’s by channel and customer.

  • Evaluate the success of promotions, marketing initiatives, and pricing strategies.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in sales management, particularly in Modern Trade /Traditional Trade & wholesale channels. FMCG is preferable.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced CSE (Channel Sales Executive) Lead META (End Users) to lead our regional sales team and drive the continued success of our security solutions across the MEAT market.

As a senior sales leader reporting to the EMEA Vice President of Sales, you will be responsible for driving end-user sales growth, managing a team of high-performing sales professionals, and helping shape the strategy and execution of our video and access control business in META.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a regional team focused on end-user acquisition and sales growth across META.

  • Coach, mentor, and develop team members by setting clear quarterly and annual targets using tools like Salesforce to track progress.

  • Oversee SalesForce pipeline management, ensuring consistent opportunity creation and proper deal progression by direct reports.

  • Design and execute a scalable, comprehensive sales strategy and practice for the META CSE team.

  • A deep understanding of the landscape of the End User market.
