Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, manage, and supervise the female division team to achieve departmental objectives.
  • Develop and implement operational plans, policies, and procedures.
  • Ensure excellent customer experience and resolve client concerns promptly.
  • Monitor staff performance, provide coaching, training, and support.
  • Manage scheduling, workflow, and resources effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and work under pressure.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific operations (fitness, hospitality, or corporate).
  • Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
