Under the supervision of the **Team Leader** the **Implementation Consultant **will be responsible for coordinating the installation, implementation and support of a point of sales and ERP system. This includes physically installing the POS, data migration, configuration, training the staff and managers on use of the product and upselling other pieces of our product suite that may benefit the owners in running their business

- Facilitate the implementation and support of Point of Sales systems and ERP
- Hardware installation - POS, printers, cashdrawers and other hardware devices that integrate with POS
- Provide onsite/offsite user training and support
- Identify gaps, issues and work around solution

**Professional Qualifications**:
- Experience working with ERP system is an advantag eng installation

- Open to travel (up to 100%)
- Ability to interact with and train a wide variety of stakeholder, ranging from restaurant managers and owners, to business executives and chefs
- Fluency in oral and written English
