**Document Controller**

**Qatar**

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented **Document Controller **to join our team! In this role you will get to Ensure that document received and issued are properly handled and filed and archived

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Responsible for coordinating and safekeeping all of the department documentation.
- Conduct file validation exercises and exercise proper document control.
- Ensure that required activities are performed in line with agreed quality standards.
- Follow Client operating procedures on submission and retention of documents.
- Ensure that all documents have no errors in filenames, submissions, etc. before submission.
- Conduct necessary pre-preparations of all documents and communicate with employees to ensure timely submission.
- Ensure all mail is opened and sorted in a timely and efficient manner.
- Ensure documents are scanned, batched/coded correctly with header sheets added to each batch.
- Utilization of the documentation software efficiently to keep track of all the incoming and outgoing documents.
- Perform other duties and responsibilities as needed as well as determine and manage priorities with mínimal guidance.

**What Required Skills You'll Bring**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience or working knowledge in the field of Integrated Workplace Management Systems (IWMS).
- Working knowledge with contract and procurement.
- Experience in Qatar or GCC will be preferred.
- Working knowledge in Aconex platform.

  2. Ensure information is cleared by the local Public Affairs office prior to publishing;

  4. Provide training to local end users, site owners, and knowledge managers (KM);

  7. During troop rotation, update pages with new Points of Contact (POCs) within the first two weeks of the active duty POC's rotation;

Provide base records management support. The contractor shall:
