Asset Protection Officer – responsible for safeguarding assets, CCTV monitoring, investigations, staff orientation, branch security, and reporting to management.

• Carry out examination of cases described by the division.
• Perform CCTV monitoring (real-time and review of recordings).
• Conduct new personnel orientation for newly hired cashiers and store aides; pharmacist orientation when requested by Kulud Management.
• Submit records of investigations and incidents to the proper authority and to the division manager.
• Carry out surprise branch visits and cash-handling checks.
• Monitor implementation of projects such as CCTV setup, GPS installations, and smoke alarm maintenance; assess service providers.
• Maintain CCTV systems; visit drug-store branches to address CCTV issues; maintain logs of maintenance problems.
• Manage security personnel for selected facilities, including IMC Store and Kulud Store.
• Check CCTV recordings for missing check-in/check-out of personnel on request.
• In charge of department administrative needs; maintain office equipment and facilities.
• Perform other duties as directed by the CEO, DCEO, and APM.

• Bachelor's degree, ideally in IT or electrical disciplines.
• Qatar driver's license, ideally with a vehicle.
• 4-5 years' experience in asset protection / loss prevention in retail.
• Solid understanding of CCTV procedures, preventive maintenance, and system installation.
• Experience as a private investigator or strong investigative skills; formal coursework/training is a plus.
• Excellent communication ability; English preferred.
• Excellent team player; adaptable to a fast-changing workplace.
• Experience in case management, protection, and security management preferred.
