Key Responsibilities
- Carry out general residential cleaning tasks such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas to maintain hygiene and comfort.
- Handle laundry, ironing, and bed-making when included in client service requests.
- Follow company procedures in using eco-friendly cleaning products and equipment.
- Report any damages, repair needs, or unusual observations during cleaning.
- Ensure proper care and storage of cleaning tools and supplies.
- Maintain consistent quality standards in all assigned cleaning duties.
- Communicate courteously with clients and follow specific service instructions when required.
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential or housekeeping cleaning is an advantage.
- Ability to manage time effectively and complete tasks with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of cleaning tools, chemicals, and safe usage practices.
- Good communication skills and a professional approach to customer service.
- Physically fit to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
