Purpose of Role

- Supervising children to and from the swimming pool, including changing, as appropriate. This is a shared responsibility with the teacher.
- Creating, checking and tidying resources, maintaining a well organised working environment.
- Playground duties and monitoring of snack time.
- Working with groups of children at the direction of the teacher.
- Assisting and implementing school policies.
- Be prepared to undertake further professional development.
- Take part in the performance management process, setting and reviewing annual targets.
- Any other duties required by the class teacher, Head of Year, Deputy Head, Assistant Head or the Head Teacher, which is in the scope of the post.
- At all times carry out duties with due regard to the school's Health and Safety policy.

- Develop Qatar Shipyard soft skills training plan and calendar to fulfill the identified training requirements.
- Prioritize training resources considering the relevant requirements and identify budget requirements based on the outcomes of the TNA process, capability assessment, etc.
- Manage and organize the development and start-up of new Training Programs as required such as Soft Skills Training Programs.
- Assess, recommend, and select the most suitable training delivery approach/provider (i.e., Internal or external training, In-house/external Instructor, etc.).

- Design and develop e-Learning courses, quizzes, surveys, and assessments based on course materials, exercises, training and awareness sessions, and skill assessment evaluations.
- Plan and organize e-Learning projects with PHCC staff and professional experts.
- Work with professional groups, clinical experts, and focus groups to support the best approach for the development of e-Learning materials and content as part of a planned and structured process.
- Research, create, and update e-Learning content to support professional learning needs.
- Create and use standard development processes, tools, and templates for eLearning.

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing e-Learning content across multidisciplines and packages.

- Essential project management skills and advanced communication skills, capable of dealing with internal and external partners.
