Role Overview
The ECM Specialist will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise content management strategies across the organization. This role will ensure that all business-critical content is structured, secure, accessible, and aligned with organizational goals — supporting cross-departmental collaboration and compliance with international standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ECM strategies, including metadata management, content classification, and workflow automation.
- Configure and administer ECM platforms such as SharePoint, OpenText, Alfresco, or equivalent to ensure seamless integration with ERP, CRM, and other enterprise systems.
- Manage the full content lifecycle — from creation and approval to retention and disposal — in line with compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, SOX).
