Proficient in electrical safety practices, isolation, de-isolation, earthing, and switching operations up to 415V - 33KV, with an AEP certificate. Hands-on experience in electrical troubleshooting and equipment maintenance.

About The Role:
Easy Plant (EP) is an in-house construction tool of Technip Energies, developed to support the management of construction and control site activities to ensure a smooth, documented, and structured plant hand-over to the client.
EP has been progressively developed and tested by T.En over the last 15 years since its launch. Today, EP supports prefabrication, construction, pre-commissioning, and commissioning phases of modularized or stick-build approaches. It populates Project WBS, interfaces with, and exchanges data required by main Engineering IT tools (SPI, SPMAT, SPEL, Tekla, etc.), Planning software (Primavera, MS Project), 3D Construction Model (CSim), and Construction Execution software for prefabrication (SpoolGen).
The EasyPlant Operator plays a critical role in populating and managing departmental data within EasyPlant from inception to completion. This position involves working within a multicultural team of skilled Construction Data Management specialists, ensuring safety compliance, coordinating with other departments, and supporting Construction, Commissioning, and Completion activities. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical expertise, team spirit, rigor, and a commitment to quality.
Responsibilities include: Ensuring data collection from discipline supervisors, HSES, Planning, and Quality departments. Data checking and entry into the tool. Preparation of reports & presentations. Follow-up of punch list points: opening and closing punch points. Supporting newcomers to familiarize with the tools.
About you :
- Degree in architecture, engineering, or a related field is preferred; postgraduate qualification is desirable. - Fluent in English, both spoken and written. - Result-driven, capable of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines. - Good team spirit. - High attention to detail in data management, with the ability to identify and report issues. Experience with PowerBI is mandatory.

Qualification and Experience Required:
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering
Knowledge and/or Experience
- Extensive experience in construction as a leadership and supervisory role.
- 8 years experience with Large Projects in Construction related disciplines (e.g., construction, installation, fabrication, execution, completion, hook-up, etc.) in the Oil & Gas Industry, including 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, including acting roles, or oversight of service/vendor personnel.

About the Role We’re seeking a highly experienced
Construction Superintendent (Electrical)
to lead the delivery of complex onshore infrastructure and building projects within a major oil and gas development programme. This position plays a key role in supervising electrical construction works—both greenfield and brownfield—and ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the electrical construction scope across a range of industrial facilities including substations, control centres, logistics bases, and brownfield upgrades.
Supervise contractor and subcontractor teams on-site, ensuring compliance with safety policies, project standards, and execution plans.
Review and approve electrical construction documents including method statements, specifications, drawings, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress against schedule and identify improvements to construction execution.
Interface with project stakeholders across engineering, operations, and systems completions to align plans and resolve issues.
Ensure construction is fully integrated with pre-commissioning and commissioning requirements.
Lead or support related disciplines (such as instrumentation and control) as required.

What We’re Looking For
Degree-qualified in Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 8 years’ experience in construction for large-scale oil & gas projects, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
Proven track record in construction of industrial buildings (e.g., substations, admin blocks, control rooms, warehouses).
Skilled in interpreting technical documentation: MRs, datasheets, layout drawings, and standards.
Solid understanding of contract compliance, codes, safety, and quality expectations.
Experience in both greenfield and brownfield project environments, ideally in the Middle East.
Strong organisational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Job Purpose The Construction Superintendent Electrical is responsible for the delivery of all aspects of Electrical Construction overseeing the installation, and commissioning of Electrical Substation systems in CO2 Sequestration Project. This role involves ensuring that Electrical systems meet regulatory standards and project specifications, coordinating with project management teams, and conducting tests to verify the integrity and strength of the systems. Ensures that related technical requirements (e.g., project specifications, data sheets of equipment, etc.) developed during EPC fully comply with project requirements. Effectively collaborates and interfaces with Facilities Team and EPC contractor engineers and Operations personnel (as required) to ensure that the Electrical plans and Layout scope of supply is fully integrated and optimized. Provides oversight of the EPC contractors, and as required, Vendor’s and/or Construction Subcontractor’s production of associated deliverables within project budget and schedule. Key Accountabilities Review construction sequence, work plans, pre-task planning and method statements to ensure comprehensive safety and feasibility. Report and record potential change order requests to assist in claims avoidance. Oversee and inspect the Installation of electrical wiring, fixtures, and equipment in accordance with electrical codes, Company and project specifications. Provide Company representation in monitoring and coordinating site activities of the EPC Contractor and its subcontractor(s). This includes preparing test plans, executing tests, documenting results, and ensuring compliance with all relevant Company standards and specifications. Coordinate with EPC Contractor Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) to ensure that electrical equipment is designed, manufactured, and delivered according to project specifications and standards. This includes reviewing technical documentation, conducting inspections, and facilitating communication between the project team and EPC Contractor OEMs. Witness the commissioning of electrical panels and cabinets to ensure they are installed and functioning properly. This includes testing, adjusting, and certifying electrical panels and cabinets, as well as ensuring that all components meet project specifications and safety standards. Monitor and assist the EPC Contractor and subcontractor(s) in the implementation of site-specific SHE programs to meet safety improvement strategy & objectives, emergency response and evacuation drill programs.
