- Determine the reasons for any malfunctions of systems or components, and create a maintenance or repair plan to solve the problem.

**Skills & Qualifications**
- 3-5 years’ experience in electrical maintenance or associated work.
- Familiar with the National Electrical Code
- Relevant electrician certifications Working experience maintaining and repairing heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and other related systems such as electrical systems, DX units, heat pumps, and chillers
- **DRIVER'S LICENSE **is required for this position
