- Sales Target Achievement:
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for consumer electronics products.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail partners, distributors, and key accounts.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues related to product performance or delivery.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge and support to customers, including conducting demonstrations and training sessions.
- Market Research and Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on the latest trends in consumer electronics and engineering advancements.
- Conduct market research to gather insights on competitors, pricing strategies, and customer needs.
- Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams for continuous improvement.
- Inventory Management:
- Coordinate with supply chain teams to monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring product availability.
- Forecast demand and optimize stock levels to meet sales targets.
- Sales Promotion and Marketing:
- Collaborate with marketing teams to plan and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and advertising activities.
- Organize and manage product displays and ensure effective marketing materials are available.
- Sales Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare and submit accurate sales orders, invoices, and other required documentation.
- Maintain organized records of sales activities, customer interactions, and product feedback.
- Generate regular sales reports for management review.
- Compliance and Ethics:
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical sales practices.
- Report any unethical behavior or compliance issues to management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ideal candidates will have industry experience in Electronics and proven track record in sales.
- Strong understanding of consumer electronics and the latest technology trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM and sales management software.
