As a Senior technical records assistant, you will be responsible to update cabin log data in TRAX system, scan all work packages into digital archiving system (eDocs) and archive aircraft and work shop records into archives room.
Operational Accountabilities;
- Responsible for ensure aircraft records are maintained in accordance with regulatory authorities and company requirements.
- Update cabin logs data by manually entering data in TRAX.
- Ensure availability of all cabin logs for each aircraft by record keeping and monitoring continuity of cabin logs sequence number.
- Produce report every two weeks for missing cabin logs for submission to Quality Assurance.
- Archive aircraft records into archive system for easy retrieval and compliance to the aviation regulation requirements.
- Scanning of aircraft records in QTR digital archiving system (eDocs system).
- Ensure all scan records are complete, legible and all data entered is accurate during verification process for easy retrieval of records.
- Perform other department duties related to his/her position as directed by the Head of the department.

Qualifications- Relevant Vocational, Tertiary or Trade qualification
- Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance Engineering OR Degree (B.Eng., BSc) in any Science discipline.
- Minimum 3 years relevant experience Preferred
- Experience in Airline Technical records environment.
- Good computer skill, proficient with MS Office. Ability to communicate information effectively.
- Knowledge of aviation regulations.

About the role
In this role, you will be responsible for arranging, coordinating and monitoring the fulfilment of logistic tasks related to crew transportation, hotel bookings, travel arrangements and documentation. Arrange and monitor crew mandatory visa and vaccination process with relevant authorities in order to meet operational requirements.
- Coordinate station entry requirements with adequate service providers in order to ensure regular operations. Arrange crew GD and other requirements for crew travel in coordination with relevant stakeholders in order to support operational process.
- Execute tasks and follow set-up work processes in the manner to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures and in line with instructions from respective department.
