Female Interior Design/Sales Consultant
We are in search of a full-time Interior Design/Sales Consultant who possesses a genuine passion for exceptional design and is dedicated to helping customers craft stunning living spaces through our curated furniture collection. The ideal candidate should hold a degree in Interior Design or a related field, with a minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience as an Interior Designer within the Interior Decoration Business or the Interior Building Materials & Furniture sector. It is required that the applicant has a Qatar ID and is capable of providing a NOC to join our team based in Doha, Qatar.
At Inlay Interiors, we collaborate with international brands to offer optimal solutions to our clientele in the realm of design and furniture. The Sales Consultant/Interior Designer must possess robust communication skills and a proven track record in retail.
Responsibilities:
Your role will encompass, but is not limited to, the following:
Deliver exceptional customer service and foster client relationships to drive sales and cultivate future business, leveraging effective sales techniques.
Achieve monthly targets for client visits, sales, and deliveries, while establishing and nurturing a solid customer base.
Demonstrate adept interpersonal skills, effective selling strategies, active listening, and maintain a professional demeanor that upholds the company's integrity.
Provide both sales and design assistance to customers, which includes house calls, presenting comprehensive floor plans, and assembling presentation boards for design projects.
Display proficiency in creating computer-based floor plans and utilizing design software and templates.
Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of products, encompassing furniture, home furnishings, and associated accessories, along with a strong grasp of construction attributes.
Stay updated on prevailing interior design trends within the local and national markets.
Contribute to various showroom activities, including but not limited to training and mentoring colleagues, participating in weekly sales meetings, generating reports, upkeeping the showroom's appearance, labeling, packaging, and arranging the transport of light furniture and accessories for clients, answering phone inquiries, greeting visitors, maintaining catalogs and price lists, and overseeing inventory management.
