Job Purpose:

• Provides support and assistance to Dredging Project Manager for activities associated to reporting, including but not limited to: PMT weekly report and actions list, actions lists from weekly and monthly meetings with Contractor, preparation of inputs. Focal point to the Team for Decision Records, Technical Notes.
• Manages the coordination of Company follow-up team of the Dredging EPC contactor across the internal project team functions to ensure project integration of the activities; Supports reporting and management of internal and external stakeholders.
• The resource could be involved in other project either in FEED or execution phase of the program.

Job Accountabilities:

• Provides Project Management support to the Dredging Project Manager as specified in the Job purpose section.
• Leads the coordination to ensure alignment between the various members of the Project Teams, providing information and resolving misalignment as required. Monitors interface agreement performance, highlighting and intervening in critical and underperforming interfaces to avoid any impacts to execution.
• Monitors project performance, KPIs and exception reports to identify critical issues in support of overall project management. Coordinates and manages various action registers to ensure completion of tasks.
• Coordinates with the Business team the change management process driving change orders to final resolution and providing clear line of sight.
• Active support role in Risk Management Program identifying risks and defining and tracking mitigations actions through relevant disciplines/functions.
• Maintains compliance with the Project Management System (PMS) by managing the completion of the required PMS deliverables, coordinating and scheduling the Gate Reviews, and tracking all findings and observations to closure in accordance with requirements.
• Monitor the completion of FEED deliverables. Holds periodic status reviews and highlights areas of concern for prompt resolution.
• Coordinate multi discipline interface reviews (MEP, civil, instrumentation, etc.) through regular meetings and workshops.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 8 years' experience in Engineering roles, including 4 years in the Oil & Gas Industry, and including 1 year experience in a supervisory or acting role, or oversight of contractor/sub- contractors/service/vendor personnel.
• Experience on large brownfield projects including understanding of the Dredging, Tunneling works with FEED/EPC Contracts and execution teams

Job Purpose

• Responsible for piping and layout engineering activities for Project ensuring that all piping and layout activities comply with project requirements and specification through effective collaboration and management of engineering contractor and company stakeholder to ensure on time project delivery.

Key Job Accountabilities

• Ensure Contractor deliver a complete Piping & Layout engineering deliverables during FEED.
• Ensure the achievement of assigned goals and the fulfillment of the project quality requirements and the contractual obligations.
• Check, review and appraise all piping & layout technical documents (specifications, calculation notes, drawings, etc.) developed by Contractor are in compliance with project scopes and requirements and identify potential risks to project if any.
• Manage Contractor's Piping and Layout disciplines resources and to ensure work completion on time.
• Depending on the design phase (FEED or Detailed Design), the role holder shall be responsible for coordinating and managing all 3D model reviews at the 30%, 60%, and 90% stages. This includes ensuring that all comments and issues raised during these reviews are properly recorded, tracked, and closed out in a timely manner to support the overall project schedule and design quality.
• Monitors and reports actual progress including SP3D model development to ensure Contractor completion of key milestones.
• Provide technical support to project and coordinate multi-discipline input on piping & layout deliverables.
• Participate in various project's workshop such as Plot Plan/Layouts, Constructability and 3D model reviews.
• Track and report of lessons learned in defined area of responsibility. The role holder shall be responsible for identifying, tracking, and implementing all improvements derived from lessons learned, particularly those related to existing plant sections as provided by the Operations Department. For the piping and layout disciplines, it will be the role holder's responsibility to ensure that such improvements are effectively incorporated into the design deliverables.
• Monitor Contractor progress. For the piping discipline, the role holder shall be accountable for monitoring and ensuring timely issuance of documents listed in the Master Document Register for all documents and deliverables produced by both the FEE D and EPC Contractors.

Key Job Accountabilities
