We are seeking a Civil Site Engineer to join our company, which provides services in Theme Parks, monument museums, sculpture, industrial, and special design projects in Doha, Qatar, to manufacture wooden railings, self-cooling floors, pool coatings, artificial rocks, and themed façades.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Superstructure project experience for a minimum of 10 years in the field, and 5 years in a technical office.
2. Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken; Arabic is a plus.
3. Solid knowledge of material details.
4. Ability to manage a project's execution and detailed process (previous experience in grand hotels, parks, resorts, and malls is preferred).

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manufacture wooden railings, self-cooling floors, pool coatings, artificial rocks, and themed façades in Doha, Qatar.
• Conduct all coordination in the field between the employer and consultant.
• Gather and present all necessary papers for the approval of materials.
• Handle official correspondence with the head office.
• Coordinate local supply with the head office.

(SENIOR) PROJECT ENGINEERS Responsible for management, monitoring, and supervising assigned projects in a specific area, ensuring completion according to quality, budget, and schedule. Manages the day-to-day operational and contract aspects of multiple projects. Experience developing and evaluating/auditing PSM management systems and advising management at all levels of the organization to effect positive change to operational excellence. Experience and expertise in PSM Technical Services such as: Process hazard analyses (PHA), and risk assessments, or related studies, such as Design Review, HAZID, What-If, HAZOP, FMEA, ENVID, SIMOPS, Layer of Protection Analysis (LOPA), Bowtie Analysis, ALARP Demonstration. Safety Instrumented Systems services such as: Safety integrity level (SIL) assessment based on recognized knowledge of IEC61511 and related standards. Experience with Quantitative Risk Assessment Studies such as: QRA, and Occupied Building Risk Assessment. Toxic Gas Risk Assessment. Fire and Explosion Risk Assessment. EERA, ESSA. 3-D F&G Mapping. Safety Critical Equipment Identification and Performance Standards Development. Proficiency in Qatar Energy MAHM Framework, Saudi ARAMCO Standards is an advantage.
