Description : CIVIL SITE ENGINEER - QATAR

Outdoor Factory is a design and build company founded in 2010 to deliver dreams into reality. Since then, we have established local and international projects and been meeting hundreds of happy clients and partners.

We are seeking a Civil Site Engineer to join our company, which provides services in Theme Parks, monument museums, sculpture, industrial, and special design projects in Doha, Qatar, to manufacture wooden railings, self-cooling floors, pool coatings, artificial rocks, and themed façades.

QUALIFICATIONS

1. Superstructure project experience for a minimum of 10 years in the field, and 5 years in a technical office.
2. Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken; Arabic is a plus.
3. Solid knowledge of material details.
4. Ability to manage a project's execution and detailed process (previous experience in grand hotels, parks, resorts, and malls is preferred).

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Manufacture wooden railings, self-cooling floors, pool coatings, artificial rocks, and themed façades in Doha, Qatar.
• Conduct all coordination in the field between the employer and consultant.
• Gather and present all necessary papers for the approval of materials.
• Handle official correspondence with the head office.
• Coordinate local supply with the head office.
• Finalize the approval following applications and conduct dispatch and coordination with subcontractors.
• Prepare manufacturing quantities and their attachments.
• Prepare quantity reports, progress reports, and daily site reports.
• Ensure subcontractor referral and coordination by completing the applications following approval status.
• Ensure working principles in accordance with Occupational Health and Safety standards.
