Key Responsibilities include:
- Receiving project documents from the project engineer.
- Ensuring the Service handbook is received and scope is clear.
- Preparing tools and equipment list, coordinating logistics, and shipping to site.
- Representing the company professionally.
- Working closely with senior technicians/engineers on-site.
- Executing and completing projects accurately and reporting findings.
- Completing project paperwork and sharing lessons learned.
- Performing base work as instructed and reviewing performance for improvements.
- Following PPE, HSE procedures, and technical instructions.
- Maintaining a personal commitment to Quality, Health, Safety, Environment, and FRESH values.
Essential Qualifications / Skills & Experience
- WHCP troubleshooting, installation, modification, & commissioning.
- Chemical Injection Skid troubleshooting, installation, modification, & commissioning.
- HPU troubleshooting, installation, modification, & commissioning.
- Pressure Test Bay (liquid & gas) troubleshooting, installation, modification, & commissioning.
- Site survey for WHCP, CIS, HPU, & Pressure Test Bay modifications/design.
- Repair & service of control panels, pressure test units, and accumulators.
- Hydraulic flushing.
- Strong computer skills, communication, planning, and organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of offshore & onshore HSE standards.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in WHCP/HPU commissioning.
Preferred Qualifications
- Diploma in Instruments/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in control systems.

Key Responsibilities
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties
- Communicate with clients to explain scope of work and set expectations
- Complete daily logs of hours worked and materials used
- Execute various repair tasks, including:
- Drywall patching and painting
- Electrical fixture replacements
- Plumbing repairs (toilets, faucets, hot water tanks, etc.)
- Roofing touch-ups and fence repairs
- Appliance servicing (disposals, dishwashers, refrigerators, washers)
- Accurately quote future work during service visits
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked company vehicle
- Represent TradeMark professionally in uniform and with a positive attitude
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on maintenance or handyman experience
- Strong communication and time management skills
- Skilled in general carpentry, plumbing, minor electrical, and finish work
- Ability to problem-solve and make on-site decisions
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Must pass a background check
- Drug-free workplace compliance required
