Location: Castamo Furniture & Decoration – The Pearl, Qatar
Working Hours: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Castamo Furniture & Decoration is looking for a talented and dynamic assistant to join our team during the night shift.
If you have a background in Interior Design or Graphic Design, and you're passionate about creativity, social media, and client communication, we'd love to meet you
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist clients at the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.
- Support daily office and showroom operations.
- Capture and post engaging social media content (photos, Reels, stories).
- Help with basic design or presentation tasks (moodboards, simple layouts).
- Coordinate with the design and sales team for ongoing projects.
Requirements:
- candidate currently in Qatar.
- Educational background in Interior Design or Graphic Design.
- Fluent in Arabic and English (Turkish is a plus).
- Presentable, organized, and confident in communication.
- Basic knowledge of social media (Instagram, Canva, etc.).

Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and business-driven
Interior Designer with strong sales skills
to join our team. The ideal candidate must be able to convert client needs into beautiful design solutions
while actively leading the sales process
— from client meetings and product selection to quotation and deal closure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client needs and present tailored interior design solutions.
- Act as a
sales consultant
, guiding clients through product selections (furniture, materials, finishes). - Prepare design presentations (3D/2D, mood boards, materials, etc.) when required.
- Create and manage
quotations and sales offers
, follow up to close deals. - Coordinate with the design, production, and delivery teams.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends and product knowledge to better serve clients.
- Meet monthly sales targets and report progress to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in interior design
with proven sales performance
. - Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Microsoft Office (3D Max or other rendering tools is a plus).
- Energetic, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
